學(xué)術(shù)人員安排ssci論文并不是很容易，在提交后往往會(huì)收到一系列的審稿意見，那么該如何回復(fù)才能提高錄用率，今天就在這里分享了一些ssci回復(fù)審稿意見模板，包含了多種審稿情況，作者可作為參考：

　　第一、自己針對(duì)審稿意見的回復(fù)要清晰的展示出來，最好是做好標(biāo)記

　　例如：不要說“We’ve made the change. See page 5, line 24 of the revised paper”，而是說“We’ve changed [original text] to [edited text] (page 5, line 24)”。直接展示出來。

　　但如果你改寫了整個(gè)段落或某個(gè)部分，你可以這樣回答:“We have revised the text to address your concerns and hope that it is now clearer. Please see page 5 of the revised manuscript, lines 9–20, and page 6, lines 1–20.(我們已按照您的建議修改了文本，希望現(xiàn)在能符合要求。參見第5頁，第9-20行，第6頁，第1-20行。)”

　　結(jié)尾再次表示感謝“We would like to thank the referee again for taking the time to review our manuscript.(再次感謝審稿人花時(shí)間來審閱我們的稿件。)”

　　第二、同意、反對(duì)審稿人建議該如何回復(fù)

　　當(dāng)你同意審稿人建議時(shí)...這是最簡單的情況。承認(rèn)論文中存在的問題，并確認(rèn)你已經(jīng)做出修改即可。示例:· We thank the reviewer for pointing this out. We have revised.· We have removed.· We agree and have updated.· We have fixed the error.· This observation is correct. We have changed.· We have made the change. The new sentence reads as follows.

　　當(dāng)你不同意審稿人意見時(shí)...編輯回復(fù)時(shí)一定要注意措辭。首先，強(qiáng)調(diào)你對(duì)審稿人的建議表示贊同，然后再解釋為什么沒有做出修改。

　　示例: We agree with the reviewer that further elaborating on this point using new data would be helpful. However, we believe that expanding our dataset is neither feasible, given the costs involved, nor would significantly support our argument. For this reason, we chose not to make this change, but we added the following sentence to paragraph 3 in the discussion: “Though having a larger dataset would offer further insight…”.( 我們同意審稿人的這條意見：在這一點(diǎn)上使用新數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)一步闡述會(huì)更有幫助。然而，我們認(rèn)為，考慮到所涉及的成本，擴(kuò)展我們的數(shù)據(jù)庫既不可行，對(duì)我們的論點(diǎn)也不會(huì)有顯著影響。出于這些原因，我們選擇不做這個(gè)修改，但我們?cè)谟懻摬糠值牡?段中添加了以下句子:“盡管使用更大的數(shù)據(jù)庫將提供更深入的了解……”)

　　We apologize if our original Figure 2 did not show…. We did not intend to…. We have modified the figure and hope that it is now clear that…. We believe that adding a new figure, as the reviewer suggested, would be unnecessary given that our new Figure 2 shows….(如果最初的圖2沒有顯示清楚我們深表歉意，我們已修改了該圖表，希望現(xiàn)在可以清楚地看到圖表中的內(nèi)容。我們認(rèn)為，按照審稿人的建議，添加新圖表是不必要的，因?yàn)槲覀円呀?jīng)對(duì)圖2做出了修改。)

　　We appreciate the reviewer’s insightful suggestion and agree that it would be useful to demonstrate that…; however, such an analysis is beyond the scope of our paper, which aims only to show that…. Nevertheless, we recognize this limitation should be mentioned in the paper, so we added the following sentence….(我們感謝審稿人的建議并同意證明以下幾點(diǎn)很有用……;然而，這樣的分析超出了本論文的范圍，我們的目的只是想表明……但是，我們認(rèn)識(shí)到這一局限性在論文中應(yīng)該提到，所以我們?cè)黾恿艘韵戮渥?hellip;...)

　　第三、當(dāng)審稿人意見不一致時(shí)...當(dāng)審稿者們給了你不一致的建議時(shí)

　　不要回答:“As another reviewer suggested the opposite, we didn’t change the text.(另一個(gè)審稿人的建議正好相反，所以我們沒有修改文本。)”。

　　必須選擇你所贊同的建議，然后向另一個(gè)審稿人證明你的選擇。例如，你可以這樣說，“As we received conflicting advice from another reviewer, we decided to make the change they suggested, because…. We hope this was the right decision. (我們從另一個(gè)審稿人那里收到了不一致的建議，我們決定按照他的建議來做修改，因?yàn)?hellip;…，我們希望這是一個(gè)正確的決定。)”
