The aim of the Iranian Journal of Science and Technology is to foster the growth of scientific research among Iranian engineers and scientists and to provide a medium by means of which the fruits of these researches may be brought to the attention of the world’s scientific communities. The journal will accept the original research contributions (previously unpublished) from all areas of established engineering disciplines and the sciences. The papers may be theoretical, experimental or both. The editors will welcome papers from all countries in the hope that this will advance the scientific standards of the journal and provide a channel of communication between Iranian Scholars and their colleague in other parts of the world.

《伊朗科學技術雜志》的目的是促進伊朗工程師和科學家之間的科學研究的發展，并提供一種媒介，通過這種媒介，這些研究的成果可以引起世界科學界的注意。該雜志將接受來自已建立的工程學科和科學的所有領域的原始研究貢獻（以前未發表）。論文可以是理論性的、實驗性的或兩者兼而有之。編輯們將歡迎來自各國的論文，希望這將提高雜志的科學標準，并為伊朗學者和他們在世界其他地方的同事提供交流渠道。
