A multispecialty publication of the Southern Medical Association . The Southern Medical Journal is published by the Southern Medical Association. Devoted solely to continuing education, the Journal publishes annually more than 450 original clinical articles directed to the practising physician and surgeon. Papers read at the annual scientific assemblies bring current information to members, and some of these papers are selected for publication in the Journal.
