The quaterly published Journal " Informacije MIDEM - Journal of Microelectronics, Electronic Components and Materials" is a scientific - professional - society publication with more than 25 year tradition. In the Journal, contributions covering the fields of microelectronics, electronic components and materials are published.Contributions published in the Journal are :review scientific papers (upon invitation only)original scientific papersProfessional articles, research surveys, tutorials and expository overviews will not be considered for publication. However, scientific news, news from companies, institutes or universities, reports on actions of the MIDEM Society and its members, as well as other relevant contributions are welcome.Full-text papers are available online under Open Access Journal Policy.The Editorial Board and the International Advisory Board, whose members are experts from the related fields, guarantee a high quality of published contributions.
