IEEJ Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Engineering (hereinafter called TEEE ) publishes 6 times per year as an official journal of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (hereinafter ""IEEJ""). This peer-reviewed journal contains original research papers and review articles on the most important and latest technological advances in core areas of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and in related disciplines. The journal also publishes short communications reporting on the results of the latest research activities. TEEE -aims to provide a new forum for IEEJ members in Japan as well as fellow researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from around the world to exchange ideas and research findings. To fully cover this wide field of study, IEEJ's five technical societies (subsidiary groups under IEEJ) take responsibility for editing one issue per year while additionally selecting issue topics and soliciting papers. Areas covered by the five technical societies are:Fundamentals and MaterialsPower and EnergyElectronics, Information and SystemsIndustry ApplicationsSensors and MicromachinesAs an official journal of IEEJ, TEEE also provides reports on important conferences and meetings sponsored by the Institute.

IEEJ《電氣與電子工程學(xué)報(bào)》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“TEEE”）每年出版6次，作為日本電氣工程師學(xué)會(huì)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“IEEJ”）的官方刊物。這本同行評(píng)議的期刊包含了關(guān)于電氣和電子工程核心領(lǐng)域和相關(guān)學(xué)科最重要和最新技術(shù)進(jìn)展的原始研究論文和評(píng)論文章。該雜志還發(fā)表了有關(guān)最新研究活動(dòng)結(jié)果的簡(jiǎn)短通訊報(bào)告。TEEE-旨在為日本IEEJ成員以及來自世界各地的電氣和電子工程研究員提供一個(gè)新的論壇，以交流想法和研究結(jié)果。為了全面涵蓋這一廣泛的研究領(lǐng)域，IEEJ的五個(gè)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)（IEEJ下屬的附屬團(tuán)體）負(fù)責(zé)每年編輯一期，同時(shí)選擇發(fā)行主題和征求論文。五個(gè)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)涵蓋的領(lǐng)域包括：基礎(chǔ)與材料功率和能量電子、信息和系統(tǒng)行業(yè)應(yīng)用傳感器和微機(jī)械作為IEEJ的官方刊物，TEEE還提供關(guān)于研究所主辦的重要會(huì)議的報(bào)告。
